HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 

You can track your order on the page here.

Please allow 48 hours after shipment for the tracking to show up in the system.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID MY ORDER NOT ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE? 

Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order to provide the fastest shipment time. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

Please be patient, your goodies are on the way. 

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

In case you want to change or cancel your order, please emails us at info@organic-boutique.com as soon as possible.

Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.


HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED? 

Sizes can often vary depending on the brand. Each product should have their own measurement tables for you to compare yourself against.

If there are none, let us know by email and we will get that fixed! 

Please keep in mind that some of our items are from Asia so expect them to be smaller than standard EU / US sizes!

You can either pay using debit or credit card, PayPal or Stripe.

PayPal and Stripe are the most trusted online payment systems on the web.

PayPal's website is secured and encrypted, providing Purchase Protection cover for eligible items.

Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1 and has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
